For about a year, I haven’t been able to achieve deep, restorative sleep. I wake up frequently and often feel physically tense in the morning. Even though doctors haven’t found anything unusual, the issue persists.
While researching possible complementary approaches, I came across the concept of structured water and its supposed effects on hydration and the body’s internal systems. Some claims suggest it could help support natural rhythms and relaxation.
I’m aware this isn’t a mainstream topic, but I’m curious: has anyone here tried structured water devices or similar ideas and tracked any impact on their sleep or stress levels?
